There are no restrictions on who can register Second-Level .hk domain name, it can be register by any individual or business in any country. Generally, there is no documentary proof required except for those domain name applications consisting of or containing a reference to wordings like ‘bank’, ‘insurance’ or ‘assurance’.

For domain name containing ‘insurance’, ‘assurance’ or related words, a true copy of the written consent issued by the Insurance Authority is required while domain name containing ‘bank’ or any of its derivatives, a true copy of the specific consent by the Monetary Authority (MA) is required. Please kindly provide the related document within 13 calendar days from the submission date, reminder will be sent on the 14th calendar day, if the required document are still not yet received within 10 calendar days from the reminder sent, the application will be cancelled.

  • Only organization located in foreign country with foreign address is allowed to register .vn domain through us. Vietnam Company has address in Vietnam must register through Vietnam domestic Registrar in Vietnamese language.
  • Only Organisation/Company is allows to register 2LD .VN domain while any organization or individual can register 3LD .VN domain name.
  • For registrant name is individual entity, name of registrant must include Mr or Ms in front of full name of the registrant.

  • After the registration submission, Registrar will send the English and Italian versions of the registration document (AR Letter) and we will send it to applicant to fill in.
  • Applicant need to fill in, sign and cop the Italian version of the AR Letter and send to domreg@shinjiru.com or fax to +603-7987 2191 within 3 working days.
  • Please note that the Registry will only accept the Italian version of AR Letter and the English version of AR Letter is for your references only.
  • After we receives the Italian version of the AR Letter and passed to registrar, they will assist you to submit to the registry to seek for Registry’s approval.

  • To apply for a .TRAVEL domain, you will need to be authenticated by an Authentication Provider (AP). This is to ensure that your business is a legitimate service and product provider in the travel and tourism industry. Any business, organization or individual whose primary activity is within one of 20 business sectors of the travel industry is eligible to register a .travel domain name.

Terms & Conditions
  • The Registry has implemented a policy requiring use of all domain names registered after January 1, 2008. Each such domain name must, within 60 days following the date of registration, and thereafter throughout the term of the domain name, be used as the domain name for a website displaying travel content relevant to the domain name, or in such other manner (such as email) that the Registry may approve after review.
  • Domain names used as contemplated above may resolve directly to the relevant website or be forwarded or redirected to another domain name displaying travel content relevant to the domain name. The .travel Registry will, from time to time, conduct continuing or recurring audits of domain names registered on or after January 1, 2008 to ensure continued compliance with these requirements. Failure to comply will result in a notice providing 30-days for compliance to be achieved. Non-compliance following such notice may result in revocation of the relevant domain name, at the discretion of the Registry.

.fr Domains

Individuals or corporate entities in one of the following three categories can register a .fr first level domain name:
Corporate entities
  • Corporate entities whose headquarters are located in France, or have premises in France, which can be identified in the following electronic databases:
    • Commercial court registries
    • National corporate and trade register (INPI)
    • National institute of statistics and economic studies (INSEE)
    • REFASSO for associations
    • State institutions and departments, regional authorities and their establishmentss

For the purpose of submitting a .FR domain name application, a SIREN/SIRET number must be supplied during the domain name application process that is associated with the French Corporate entity.
Brand holders
  • Individuals or corporate entities which hold a brand registered with the national institute of industrial property or which hold a registered community trademark or international brand targeted specifically at the French market and which can be identified from the ICIMARQUES (INPI) database.

  • With effective 14th December 2009, 9:00AM (GMT +0800), every new 3LD & 2LD .cn domain registration, registrants are required to scan and email us at domreg@shinjiru.com the below documents for verification after submitted the .cn domain application. It will be better on the same day of application and within 3 days from creation date.
